From the President

If you missed the SGM on 20 August, I would like to report on the outcome. The purpose of the meeting was to vote on the resolution to discontinue further due diligence towards the purchase of 514a Remuera Road. After a brief discussion, we voted 106 in favour, 6 opposed and 1 abstention; the motion passed. I want to thank Barbara Hill as Acting Returning Officer, and I want to acknowledge the JCC Team for their work on the project over many years. I committed to bringing this process to a conclusion within my term as President, and I believe that our congregation was able to make an informed decision together.
