We have secured a booking at Aio Wira in Bethels Beach from Sunday 28 January to Friday 2 February. This is a rare and precious time where we will get to practice together, do yoga, eat good food and rest. The costs will be on a sliding scale and cover five nights of accommodation, all meals, teacher travel costs, course materials, spa and sauna facilities.

Following the retreat, we will be able to arrange for out of town participants to be billeted with our Auckland residents for Friday night and a shabbat dinner. We will also be holding a Shabbaton at Beth Shalom on 3 February that will include a contemplative Saturday morning service.
